Commandos 2: Men of Courage is a phenomenal game - but since it's ancient by modern standards, it requires fixing if you want a more modern experience. As of June 2025, the Steam release of Commandos 2 may work straight out of the box on Windows 11. If not:
- Set compatibility mode on comm2.exe in the game's folder to Windows XP Service Pack 3.
- Unplug any wireless device you might have and plug them back in after launching the game.
